Day 10 Did not fly 8^th or Ninth Day due to broken ski.

06:30  03/15/2004 Scattered Clouds Wind 185/6. The ski replaced I loaded the left over gear and headed for Ruby landing at 07:05 left for Galena at 07:15 arrived at 07:41 Took of again for Nulato at 07:50 with one dog and spare gear. The little aircraft was filling up fast so figured to head for Unalakleet to drop the dog off there. Arrived at 09:10. Left again at 09:15 for Nulato and picked up left overs and headed for Kaltag, Arriving at 10:45. Left again at 11:00 Arrived Unalakleet at 11:30. Stopped for lunch and load a full load of supplies for Shaktoolik, Koyak and Elim. Take off at 12:30 weather overcast wind 080/8 vis 50 miles. I flew up the coast of Norton Sound enjoying the view Arriving Shaktoolik I found three cabins and a three wheeled trike. Dropped off some supplies for Karen and took off for Koyak arriving rwy 36 at 13:20. Left again at 13:40 for Elim arriving Rwy 19 at 14:35. Dropped remaining supplies and took off for a straight flight back to Unalakleet to check on the dog fuel up and check on Karens progress. Landed at 15:10 and will be staying for the night. Called my friend at Cripple and asked him to fly the Twin Otter to Nome so it would be ready for my flight back to Anchorage after the race. My friend will fly the Maule back.
